- Aggregate site analytics — non-identifying, used to understand traffic patterns.
- We do not set marketing cookies or run third-party advertising pixels.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and conduct conflict-of-interest checks. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Hosting (Vercel), DNS and transactional email delivery (Cloudflare), and appointment booking (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). Contact-form submissions are emailed directly to our office. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and processes data on our behalf.
Confidentiality before engagement
Information submitted through forms before an engagement agreement is signed is not protected by the attorney-client privilege. Please do not send confidential or sensitive case-specific details until we have confirmed representation.
Your rights
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, email LBruner@Brunerlaw.net. We respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy as the practice or applicable law changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
